This promotional offer (“Promotion”) is granted by Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (“Lane Crawford”) and subject to the terms and conditions below. By purchasing any merchandise under this Promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

  1. Promotional Period: on and from March 6, 2025 until March 31, 2025 (both days inclusive), while stocks last
  2. Eligible Store(s): This Promotion is only valid for Eligible Transactions (defined below) made at the following stores during the Promotional Period:
    1. Lane Crawford ifc mall
    2. Lane Crawford Canton Road, and
    3. Lane Crawford Times Square (collectively, “Lane Crawford Stores”)
  3. Eligible Customer(s): This Promotion is only applicable to the following customers:
    1. Selected Lane Crawford Privilege Programme Members as designated by Lane Crawford at its sole discretion.

    To qualify for this Promotion, Eligible Customers are required to complete the registration for the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme at Lane Crawford Stores.

  4. Eligible Transaction(s):
    1. During the relevant Promotional Period, and subject to the Excluded Transactions below, Eligible Customers who spend HK$2,500 net or more in one single transaction at any Eligible Store on the following merchandise (“Eligible Transaction”) can gain one chance of playing the capsule machine at the Eligible Store(s) on the day of purchase to receive a beauty gift of retail value up to HK$2,200 or above (“Beauty Gift”) by presenting the receipt to our staff.
      - Any merchandise from Beauty and Wellness departments (the “Eligible Products”).
  5. Excluded Transactions:
    This Promotion is not applicable to purchases of merchandises not directly made with Lane Crawford, and/or purchases of selected brands (as selected by Lane Crawford at its sole discretion), Womenswear, Menswear, Ladies’ Shoes & Accessories, Mens’ Shoes & Accessories, Home & Lifestyle, and/or Jewellery & Watches departments, Apple-branded merchandise, Samsung-branded merchandise and/or Lane Crawford gift card(s).
  6. Other Terms & Conditions
    1. Each Eligible Customer under a single phone number and membership number can only receive a maximum of 2 Gifts per day during the relevant Promotional Period.
    2. All Eligible Customer(s) must redeem the Gifts on the date of transaction. Gifts which are not redeemed on the date of transaction will be considered as forfeited.
    3. All Gifts under this Promotion are only available from March 6 to 31, 2025. The Gifts are provided by third-party providers. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Lane Crawford, its directors, officers and staff are under no legal liability should any customer have claims whatsoever in connection with the provision of the Gifts.
    4. Once a Beauty Gift has been redeemed, it cannot be refunded or reissued if a customer subsequently returns the merchandise purchased by such redemption.
    5. Lane Crawford’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to this Promotion. Please visit www.lanecrawford.com.hk for full details (collectively, “Terms of Service”).
    6. This Promotion may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial, resale, or promotional purposes or purchases on behalf of others or any other purposes whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing. Customers who violate this clause may be blacklisted and Lane Crawford reserves all its rights to take legal actions.
    7. Should any dispute arise in connection with this Promotion, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford, shall be final.
    8. Other than related companies (including affiliates and subsidiaries and companies held in common control) of Lane Crawford, a person who is not a contracting party to this purchase has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this purchase.
    9. This Promotion and these terms & conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR for settlement.
