This promotional offer (“Promotion”) is granted by Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (“Lane Crawford”) and subject to the terms and conditions below. By purchasing any merchandise under this Promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

Promotional Periods: March 29th, 2023 until April 23rd, 2023 (both days inclusive).
Eligible Store(s): This Promotion is only valid for Eligible Transaction(s) (defined below) made at:
1. the following physical stores during the Promotional Period (“Lane Crawford Stores”):
  1. Lane Crawford ifc mall, Podium 3, 8 Finance Street, Central, HK;
  2. Lane Crawford Canton Road, 3 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, HK;
  3. Lane Crawford Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay; and
2. the online store at www.lanecrawford.com.hk (“Lane Crawford Online Store”).
Eligible Customer(s): This Promotion is only applicable to Lane Crawford Privilege Programme Members.
To qualify for this Promotion, Eligible Customers are required to complete the registration for the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme at Lane Crawford Stores and Lane Crawford Online Store. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, save and except (i) the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme regular discount; and (ii) Lane Crawford Privilege Programme Members’ birthday double Rewards Points (subject to these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the relevant spending threshold).
Eligible Transaction(s):
1. During the Promotional Period, and subject to the Excluded Transactions below, Eligible Customers who spend HKD3,200 or more in a single transaction at:
  1. any Lane Crawford Stores on any full-price beauty and wellness products (the “Eligible Products") can receive a HKD200 voucher (a “Store Voucher”); and
  2. the Lane Crawford Online Store on any Eligible Products can receive a HKD200 voucher (an “Online Voucher”). Store Voucher and Online Voucher shall be collectively referred to herein as “Vouchers”.
2. A Store Voucher can only be redeemed for any subsequent purchase of any Eligible Products at any Lane Crawford Stores with a minimum spend of HKD1,000 in one single transaction; and an Online Voucher can only be redeemed for any subsequent purchase of any Eligible Products at the Lane Crawford Online Store with a minimum spend of HKD1,000 in one single transaction. Only one Voucher can be used for each relevant purchase. The Vouchers cannot be used in the Eligible Transaction(s).
3. A Voucher must be redeemed from March 29th, 2023, to May 7th, 2023 (the “Expiry Date”), and it must be used by presenting the original receipt. A Voucher will be invalid after the Expiry Date.
Excluded Transactions: This Promotion is not applicable to purchases of selected brands (as selected by Lane Crawford at its sole discretion), sale merchandise, consignment, concession (save and except beauty and wellness products), womenswear, menswear, ladies’ shoes & accessories, men’s shoes & accessories, Home and Lifestyle products, Jewellery merchandise, Apple-branded merchandise, Samsung-branded merchandise, spending made using /or purchases of Lane Crawford gift card(s).
Other Terms & Conditions
1. Except to the extent required by applicable law, no exchange or refund is allowed for (i) any merchandise purchased under this Promotion; or (ii) any merchandise purchased by the redemption of a Voucher.
2. The Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, save and except (i) the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme regular discount and (ii) Lane Crawford Privilege Programme Members’ birthday double Rewards Points (subject to these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the relevant spending threshold).
3. Each Eligible Customer may only receive a maximum of five Vouchers per Eligible Transaction per day.
4. The Vouchers can be used by anyone as long as the relevant original receipt is presented.
5. Save as otherwise stated herein, other terms and conditions applicable to Lane Crawford Shopping Vouchers (in store) listed in www.lanecrawford.com.hk/info/help/gift-card-terms/shopping-vouchers/ shall apply to the Vouchers.
6. Lane Crawford Privilege Programme Rewards Points (including Lane Crawford Privilege Programme Members’ birthday double Rewards Points) (if any) are accrued in respect of the value of the original purchase transaction amount net of all applicable discounts during the Promotional Period.

8. This Promotion may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial, resale, or promotional purposes or purchases on behalf of others or any other purposes whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing. Customers who violate this clause may be blacklisted and Lane Crawford reserves all its rights to take legal actions.
9. Lane Crawford reserves its right to revise the terms and conditions of this Promotion as well as the Terms of Service, in either case, at any time without prior notice. Please visit www.lanecrawford.com.hk from time to time for latest information.
10. Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford shall be final.
11. Other than related companies (including affiliates and subsidiaries and companies held in common control) of Lane Crawford, a person who is not a contracting party to this purchase has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this purchase.
12. This Promotion and these terms & conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR for settlement.
