This promotional offer (“Promotion”) is granted by Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (“Lane Crawford”) and subject to the terms and conditions below. By purchasing any merchandise under this Promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

  1. Promotional Period: May 6, 2022 until May 9, 2022 (both days inclusive).
  2. Eligible Store(s): This Promotion is only valid for Eligible Transactions (defined below) made at the following stores during the Promotional Period:
    1. Lane Crawford ifc mall, Lane Crawford Canton Road, Lane Crawford Times Square and Lane Crawford Pacific Place home store (collectively, “Lane Crawford Store(s)”); and
    2. online at www.lanecrawford.com.hk (“Lane Crawford Online Store”).
  3. Eligible Customer(s): This Promotion is only applicable to the following customers and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers including, without limitation, the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme regular discount:
    1. Select Lane Crawford Privilege Programme Members as selected by Lane Crawford at its sole discretion (“Selected Members”).

    To qualify for this Promotion, Eligible Customers are required to complete the registration for the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme at Lane Crawford Stores, or sign in at Lane Crawford Online Store.

  4. Eligible Transaction(s): During the Promotional Period, and subject to the Excluded Transactions below:
    1. an Eligible Customer who spends HK$6,800 or more in a single transaction on any full-price merchandise in Womenswear, Menswear, Ladies & Mens Shoes & Accessories, and/or Home & Lifestyle departments (“Eligible Product(s)”) at any Eligible Store can receive an instant additional HK$400 off that same transaction;
    2. an Eligible Customer who spends HK$18,000 or more in a single transaction on any Eligible Product(s) at any Lane Crawford Store can earn triple rewards points under the relevant tier of his/her Lane Crawford Privilege Programme membership (“Triple Rewards Points”), which can only be redeemed at Lane Crawford Stores; and
    3. an Eligible Customer who spends HK$38,000 or more in a single transaction on any Eligible Product(s) at any Lane Crawford Store can earn quadrouple rewards points under the relevant tier of his/her Lane Crawford Privilege Programme membership of such Eligible Customer (“Quadrouple Rewards Points”), which can only be redeemed at Lane Crawford Stores.
  5. Excluded Transactions: This Promotion is not applicable to purchases of selected brands (as selected by Lane Crawford at its sole discretion, Sale merchandise, Concession Brands, Consignment Brands, Jewellery merchandise, Beauty & Wellness merchandise, Apple-branded merchandise, Samsung-branded merchandise, Voucher Redemption Programmes of Harbour City & Times Square Malls and/or Lane Crawford gift card(s).
  6. Other Terms & Conditions
    1. For the avoidance of doubt, any Triple Reward Points and/or Quadruple Reward Points earned by any Eligible Customer pursuant to this Promotion cannot be redeemd or used for any purchase at the Lane Crawford Online Store.
    2. Lane Crawford Privilege Programme rewards points (if any) are accrued in respect of the value of the original purchase transaction amount net of all applicable discounts during the Promotional Period.
    3. The Triple Reward Points and/or Quadrouple Rewards Points (as applicable) will be credited to the relevant Eligible Customers’ account on or before June 30, 2022.
    4. The Rewards Points cannot be exchanged for cash or any products or services.

    7. This Promotion may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial, resale, or promotional purposes or purchases on behalf of others or any other purposes whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing. Customers who violate this clause may be blacklisted and Lane Crawford reserves all its rights to take legal actions.

    9. Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford shall be final.
    10. Other than related companies (including affiliates and subsidiaries and companies held in common control) of Lane Crawford, a person who is not a contracting party to this purchase has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this purchase.
    11. This Promotion and these terms & conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR for settlement.
