General Terms and Conditions:
  1. Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion is only applicable to BOC Credit Cards, BOC Co-branded Cards, BOC Visa Infinite Credit Cards (including BOC Visa Infinite Card and Wealth Management Visa Infinite Card) issued in Hong Kong bearing the logo (“Eligible Credit Cards”), but not applicable to BOC Credit Cards issued in the mainland and Macau, USD Credit Cards, Private Label Cards, Purchasing Cards and Intown Cards.
  2. The Cash Rebate can neither be exchanged for cash nor refunded, and is non-transferable and not saleable. The awarded Cash Rebate is only applicable to spending after crediting the relevant cash rebate, and cannot be used to offset any cash advance, financial charge or outstanding balance incurred before the cash rebate was awarded.
  3. Should there be any illegal or fraudulent act committed by a customer using any of the Eligible Credit Cards for the Promotion (a “Cardholder”), BOC Credit Card (International) Limited (the “Company”) shall cancel the eligibility of the cash rebate, and shall debit the awarded cash rebate from the Cardholder’s credit card account without prior notice. The Company also reserves the right to cancel the respective credit card account and/or take further legal actions as deemed necessary.
  4. No person other than the cardholders, Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Merchant”), Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited (the “BOCHK”) and/or the Company will have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefits of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
  5. BOCHK and/or the Company are not the service providers of the Merchant’s products and services. Any enquiries, opinions, claims, complaints or disputes should be directed to the Merchant. BOCHK and/or the Company accept no liability for and shall not be responsible for the quality of products and/or services or any other matters relating to the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities.
  6. The above products, services and offers are subject to their respective terms and conditions. Please read relevant promotion materials or enquire with the Merchant and/or the Company for details.
  7. BOCHK and/or the Company and /or the Merchant reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion or its terms and conditions without prior notice.
  8. BOCHK and/or the Company and /or the Merchant reserve the right of final decision on all matters and disputes.
  9. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
  10. Terms and Conditions of "Up to 10% Cash Rebate at Lane Crawford Online Stores" (the “Offer”):
  11. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period of the Offer runs from 16 March to 15 April 2022 (both dates inclusive and based on the transaction date), (the “Promotion Period”).
  12. The Offer only applies to the Merchant’s website (https://lanecrawford.com.hk) and mobile application (collectively, the “Eligible Merchant Online Stores”).
  13. During the Promotion Period, the cardholder with accumulative spending of HK$3,000 or above (based on the net spending amount and after applying any applicable discount under the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme) with Eligible Credit Card(s) at any of the Eligible Merchant Online Stores (“Eligible Transaction”) may enjoy the Offer as follows:
    1. Accumulated spending of HK$3,000 to HK$7,999 with BOC Visa Infinite Card for Eligible Transaction can enjoy 5% cash rebate; accumulated spending of HK$8,000 or above with BOC Visa Infinite Card for Eligible Transaction can enjoy up to 10% cash rebate.
    2. Accumulated spending of HK$3,000 or above with other Eligible Credit Card(s) - for Eligible Transaction can enjoy up to 5% cash rebate.
    3. If Cardholder spend with Eligible Credit Card and/or BOC Visa Infinite Card respectively and the accumulated spending with BOC Visa Infinite Card is less than HK$8,000 can only enjoy 5% cash rebate.
  14. The Offer includes a maximum cap on the Cash Rebate per Cardholder on all Eligible Transactions made by such Cardholder during the Promotional Period (based on the number of identification proof documents). Eligible Transactions made with a supplementary card will be combined with those of the main card to be calculated towards the Cash Rebate:
    1. Each BOC Visa Infinite Card Cardholder can earn a maximum of HK$400 Cash Rebate upon accumulated spending of HK$3,000 to HK$7,999; a maximum of HK$900 cash rebate upon accumulated spending of HK$8,000 or above.
    2. Other Eligible Credit Card Cardholder can earn a maximum of HK$400 cash rebate upon accumulated spending of HK$3,000 to HK$7,999; a maximum of HK$450 cash rebate with accumulated spending of HK$8,000 or above.
    The relevant amount of Cash Rebate (earned by all Eligible Credit Card accounts) shall be calculated based on all Eligible Transactions during the Promotion Period. Each cardholder can earn a maximum of HK$900 Cash Rebate throughout the Promotion Period. The total awarded Cash Rebate shall be rounded to the nearest dollar.
  15. A Cardholder who makes transactions at any Merchant Online Store with an Eligible Credit Card, will be deemed to have made Eligible Transactions. E-wallet transactions (including but not limited to AlipayHK and WeChat Pay), gift redemption fees, mail orders, phone orders, gift delivery charges, Gift Certificate/ Gift Card purchases, interest-free purchase instalments and all other transactions without electronic sales slips are excluded. Only transactions with electronic sales slips or order confirmation email showing the net spending amount will be calculated towards Eligible Transactions. Net spending does not include the amount deducted by discount (including but not limited to any applicable discount under the Merchant’s Privilege Programme) and usage of gift certificates and gift cards. All Eligible Transactions must be completed during the Promotion Period (based on transaction date) and posted on or before 15 May 2022. Customers are not eligible to get the Cash Rebate if the transaction is not made with Eligible Credit Card.
  16. The Cash Rebate awarded will be credited to the Eligible Credit Card Account on or before 31 July 2022. Eligible credit card Cardholders have to check the monthly statement, and neither the Company nor the Merchant will be responsible for notification. Cardholder must retain all original transaction sales slips for reference. In case of any dispute, BOCHK and/or the Company reserves the right to request an Eligible Cardholder to provide the original transaction sales slip(s) and/or such further documentation or evidence for verification. All sales slips and/or such further documentation submitted to BOCHK and/or the Company will not be returned. If the information from the customer differs from those of the Company records, the latter shall be final and conclusive.
  17. Only Cardholders whose credit card accounts are valid and in good standing during the entire Promotion Period and at the time the Cash Rebate is being awarded will be eligible for the Offer. In the event of termination of a credit card account, violation of the Card User Agreement Credit Card User Agreement or Credit Card Agreement (“User Agreement”) during the Promotion or at the time the cash rebate is being awarded, the Cash Rebate will be cancelled automatically.
  18. Any fraudulent, unauthorised, unposted, cancelled or refunded transaction will not be deemed as Eligible Transactions, and will not qualify for the Offer. Only posted transactions with valid sales slip(s) are eligible for the Offer.

  21. The Merchant’s website (https://lanecrawford.com.hk) and mobile application are a Third Party Website and mobile application. Use of the Merchant’s website and mobile application is subject to such service providers’ terms and conditions. BOCHK and/or the Company is not the service provider of the Merchant’s website and mobile application. If Cardholders have any enquiries or complaints relating to the Merchant’s website and mobile application, please directly contact the Merchant. BOCHK and/or the Company gives no guarantee to the Merchant’s website and mobile application, and does not accept any liability arising in conjunction with the use of the Merchant’s website and mobile application or the services provided.
  22. BOCHK and/or the Company has not reviewed or verified the information in that Third Party Website and/or mobile application or any materials, products and/or services or privacy practices posted or offered therein or thereat and shall not be in any circumstances liable for any loss (whether in negligence or otherwise) whatsoever or howsoever that a Cardholder may sustain arising from the use of any information, materials, products or services or privacy practices posted or offered at that Third Party Websites and/or mobile application. BOCHK and/or the Company does not or does not mean to endorse or recommend any information, materials, products or services posted or offered at that Third Party Website and/or mobile application. Nor shall BOCHK and/or the Company be liable for any inaccuracy or failure of any information, materials, products and/or services posted or offered at that Third Party Website and/or mobile application.   3. 客戶於獲取現金回贈後如用作計算現金回贈的交易被取消或有任何舞弊或欺詐成分,中銀信用卡 (國際) 有限公司 (下稱「卡公司」) 將即時取消客戶的現金回贈資格,並於該信用卡直接扣除相等於所獲現金回贈的金額。卡公司亦保留取消該信用卡的權利,及/或採取任何其認為適當的法律行動。

  11. 除特別註明外,本推廣之優惠有效期由2022 年 3月 16 日至 4月 15 日(包括首尾2日),以交易日期計算 (下稱「推廣期」)。
  12. 本推廣只適用於商戶指定網上平台https://lanecrawford.com.hk 及連卡佛流動應用程式 (下稱「合資格商戶網店」)。
  13. 推廣期內於合資格商戶網店以合資格信用卡累積簽賬滿HK$3,000或以上(以簽賬淨額計算及所有累積簽賬應以扣除連卡佛貴賓會員優惠計劃任何適用折扣後的淨消費金額為基礎淨金額計算)(下稱「合資格交易」),方可享有以下優惠:
    1. 以中銀Visa Infinite卡作「合資格交易」累積簽賬滿HK$3,000至HK$7,999可獲享5%現金回贈;累積簽賬滿HK$8,000或以上享高達10%現金回贈。
    2. 以其他合資格信用卡作「合資格交易」累積簽賬滿HK$3,000或以上享高達5%現金回贈。
    3. 若客戶分別以合資格信用卡及/或中銀 Visa Infinite 卡簽賬,而以中銀 Visa Infinite 卡所累積之簽賬少於HK$8,000,則只可享5%現金回贈。
  14. 本推廣設有全期最高現金回贈上限,並以每位客戶 (以身份證明文件號碼計算) 為上限計算單位。附屬卡的簽賬交易將被視為同一主卡賬戶的交易,附屬卡的現金回贈將合併計算於主卡賬戶內:
    1. 每位中銀Visa Infinite卡客戶於整個推廣期內累積簽賬滿HK$3,000至 HK$7,999最高可享HK$400現金回贈;累積簽賬滿HK$8,000以上最高可享HK$900現金回贈。
    2. 每位其他合資格信用卡客戶於整個推廣期內累積簽賬滿HK$3,000至 HK$7,999最高可享HK$400現金回贈;累積簽賬滿HK$8,000或以上最高可享HK$450現金回贈。
    有關總現金回贈將以客戶(包括其名下所有合資格信用卡賬戶)於整個推廣期內的合資格交易合併計算。每位客戶於推廣期內最高可享HK$900現金回贈,而客戶可獲享的總現金回贈金額將以最接近的個位數字計算 (以四捨五入計算)。
  15. 合資格交易指以合資格信用卡於合資格商戶網店淨額簽賬,並不包括電子錢包的交易 (包括但不限於AlipayHK及 WeChat Pay)、禮品換購費、郵購、電話訂購、禮品送貨服務費、購買購物禮券/禮品卡、商戶免息消費分期交易及其他沒有電子存根/訂單確認郵件的交易等。簽賬以附有電子存根或訂單確認郵件的簽賬淨額計算。簽賬淨額不包括折扣扣除的金額(包括但不限於任何有關商戶貴賓會員計劃之折扣優惠)、禮券金額及/或禮品卡之使用。合資格交易均須於指定推廣期內完成(以交易日期計算),並於2022年5月15日或之前成功誌賬,方合資格獲得現金回贈。客戶若以其名下非合資格信用卡進行簽賬交易,將不獲享現金回贈。
  16. 有關現金回贈將於2022年7月31日或之前誌入合資格信用卡賬戶。合資格信用卡客戶須自行檢查月結單,卡公司及/或商戶將不會另行通知。客戶必須保留有關交易之所有有關文件之正本,如有任何爭議,中銀香港及/或卡公司保留權利要求客戶提供有關電子存根及/或其他有關文件正本或證據,以作核實,已遞交的有關文件或證據將不獲發還。若客戶持有的資料與卡公司的紀錄不符,一概以卡公司之紀錄為準。
  17. 客戶於推廣期內及誌入現金回贈時,合資格信用卡賬戶必須正常、有效及信用狀況良好,方合資格參與本推廣及獲得有關現金回贈。客戶於推廣期內或獲取現金回贈時,如違反「信用卡持卡人合約」或「信用卡合約」(「持卡人合約」)條款、持卡人賬戶已取消、有欠款逾期未清還或有不良紀錄,或客戶自動放棄領取現金回贈,將不獲發有關現金回贈,有關現金回贈將自動取消。
  18. 任何虛假交易、未經許可的交易、未誌賬、已取消或已退款的交易款項均不會視為合資格交易,亦不符合資格參加推廣。本推廣只適用於已誌賬並保留有關電子存根/訂單確認郵件的交易。
  19. 所有資料及圖片只供參考。
