This service is granted by Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (“Lane Crawford”) and subject to the terms and conditions below. By purchasing any merchandise under this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

  1. Promotional Period: From January 25, 2025.
  2. Eligible Store(s): This service is only valid for Eligible Customers (defined below) with purchases made at the following stores:
    1. Lane Crawford Canton Road
    2. Lane Crawford Online Store
  3. Eligible Customer(s): This service is only applicable for customers who:
    1. Complete the registration for Lane Crawford’s Privilege Programme at Lane Crawford stores.
    2. Purchase a Stanley Quencher H2.0 Flowstate™ Tumbler (30oz or 40oz), or IceFlow Flip Straw Tumbler 30oz at Lane Crawford Canton Road or online on or after January 25, 2025. Retain the purchase receipt of the cup;
    3. Bring the valid purchase receipt and the unused cup, in original packaging, to the engraving station situated at Lane Crawford Canton Road within 30 days of purchase.
  4. Other Terms & Conditions
    1. No exchange or refund is allowed for the engraved Stanley tumblers.
    2. Slots for the engraving service are available on a first-come first-served basis, subject to daily quotas.
    3. Engraving service may take up to 2 days.
