This promotional offer (“Promotion”) is granted by Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (“Lane Crawford”) and subject to the terms and conditions below. By purchasing any merchandise under this Promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

  1. Promotional Period: December 20, 2024 until January 31, 2025 (both days inclusive) or until stocks last.
  2. Eligible Store(s): This Promotion is only valid for Eligible Transactions (defined below) made at the following stores during the Promotional Period:
    1. Lane Crawford ifc mall, Lane Crawford Canton Road, Lane Crawford Times Square and Lane Crawford Pacific Place home store (collectively, “Lane Crawford Stores”); and
    2. online at www.lanecrawford.com.hk (“Lane Crawford Online Store”).
  3. Eligible Customer(s): This Promotion is only applicable to Lane Crawford Privilege Programme Members.

    To qualify for this Promotion, Eligible Customers are required to complete the registration for the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme at Lane Crawford Stores, or sign in at Lane Crawford Online Store. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers (including, without limitation, the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme regular discount.
  4. Eligible Transaction(s):
    1. During the relevant Promotional Period, and subject to the Excluded Transactions below, Eligible Customers who make any purchase at any Eligible Store on all merchandise (“Eligible Transaction 1”) can receive HK$100 voucher (“Voucher”). Voucher can only be redeemed for any Baz Shop merchandise purchase at any Eligible Lane Crawford Stores with a minimum spend of HK$300. Only one Voucher can be used for each purchase (“Voucher Redemption”).
    2. During the relevant Promotional Period, and subject to the Excluded Transactions below, Eligible Customers who make spend HK$ 300 or more in a single transaction on Baz Shop merchandise at Lane Crawford Online Store can receive an instant HK$100 off (“Eligible Transaction 2”) on Baz Shop merchandise.
  5. Excluded Transactions: The Voucher can be used for purchases of Baz Shop merchasndise at Eligible Stores excluding Womenswear, Menswear, Ladies’ Shoes and Accessories, Men’s Shoes and Accessories, Home & Lifestyle merchandise, Jewellery & Watches, consignment merchandise (as designated by Lane Crawford at its sole discretion), Beauty & Wellness merchandise, Apple-branded merchandise, and Samsung-branded merchandise.
  6. Other Terms & Conditions
    1. For an Eligible Transaction made at the Lane Crawford Stores, the relevant Voucher for redemption from December 20, 2024 to January 31, 2025.
    2. Each Eligible Customer may only receive a maximum of one Voucher per Eligible Transaction and a maximum of one Voucher may be used in one Eligible Transaction.
    3. Once a Voucher has been redeemed, it cannot be refunded or reissued if a customer subsequently returns the merchandise purchased by such redemption.
    4. The Voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.
    5. Lane Crawford’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to this Promotion. Please visit www.lanecrawford.com.hk for full details (collectively, “Terms of Service”).
    6. This Promotion may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial, resale, or promotional purposes or purchases on behalf of others or any other purposes whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing. Customers who violate this clause may be blacklisted and Lane Crawford reserves all its rights to take legal actions.
    7. Lane Crawford reserves its right to revise the terms and conditions of this Promotion as well as the Terms of Service, in either case, at any time without prior notice. Please visit Lane Crawford Online Store from time to time for latest information.
    8. Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford shall be final.
    9. Other than related companies (including affiliates and subsidiaries and companies held in common control) of Lane Crawford, a person who is not a contracting party to this purchase has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this purchase.
    10. This Promotion and these terms & conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR for settlement.
