This promotional offer (“Promotion”) is granted by Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (“Lane Crawford”) and subject to the terms and conditions below. By purchasing any merchandise under this Promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

1. Promotional Period: on and from September 27, 2024 until October 28, 2024 (both days inclusive), or until gift stock lasts.
2. Eligible Store(s): This Promotion is only valid for Eligible Transactions (defined below) made at the following stores during the Promotional Period:
   1. Lane Crawford ifc mall
   2. Lane Crawford Canton Road, and
   3. Lane Crawford Times Square (collectively, “Lane Crawford Stores”)
   4. Eligible Customer(s): This Promotion is only applicable to the following customers:
      1. Selected Lane Crawford Privilege Programme Members as designated by Lane Crawford at its sole discretion.
      
      To qualify for this Promotion, Eligible Customers are required to complete the registration for the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme at Lane Crawford Stores.
   5. Eligible Transaction(s):
      1. During the relevant Promotional Period, and subject to the Excluded Transactions below, Eligible Customers who spend HK$2,500 nett or more in one single transaction at any Eligible Store on the following merchandise (“Eligible Transaction”) can gain one chance of playing the beauty claw machine at the Eligible Store(s) on the day of purchase to receive a beauty gift of retail value up to HK$2,400 or above (“Beauty Gift”), one HK$100 conditional cash voucher can be used upon spending HK$1,000 nett or more on next purchase (“Cash Voucher 1”), and one HK$300 conditional cash voucher can be used upon spending HK$2,000 nett or more on next purchase (“Cash Voucher 2”):
         
         - Any merchandise from Beauty and Wellness departments (the “Eligible Products”).
         
         (“Cash Voucher 1” and “Cash Voucher 2” are collectively referred to as the “Cash Vouchers”; “Beauty Gift”, “Cash Voucher 1” and “Cash Voucher 2” are collectively referred to as the “Gifts”)

         This Promotion is not applicable to purchases of merchandises not directly made with Lane Crawford, and/or purchases of selected brands (as selected by Lane Crawford at its sole discretion), Womenswear, Menswear, Ladies’ Shoes & Accessories, Mens’ Shoes & Accessories, Home & Lifestyle, and/or Jewellery & Watches departments, Apple-branded merchandise, Samsung-branded merchandise and/or Lane Crawford gift card(s).
      3. Other Terms & Conditions
         1. Each Eligible Customer can only receive a maximum of 2 Gifts per day during the relevant Promotional Period.
         2. All Eligible Customer(s) must redeem the Gifts on the date of transaction. Gifts which are not redeemed on the date of transaction will be considered as forfeited.
         3. All Gifts under this Promotion are only available while stocks last. The Gifts are provided by third-party providers. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Lane Crawford, its directors, officers and staff are under no legal liability should any customer have claims whatsoever in connection with the provision of the Gifts.
         4. The Cash Vouchers are only applicable to selected brands only and only one Cash Voucher (either Cash Voucher 1 or Cash Voucher 2) can be used in one single transactions. The Cash Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers (including, without limitation, the Lane Crawford Privilege Programme regular discount).
         5. The Cash Vouchers can be redeemed from September 27, 2024 to November 4, 2024 at Eligible Stores upon spending a designated amount on selected brands.
         6. Once a Cash Voucher has been redeemed, it cannot be refunded or reissued if a customer subsequently returns the merchandise purchased by such redemption.

         8. This Promotion may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial, resale, or promotional purposes or purchases on behalf of others or any other purposes whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing. Customers who violate this clause may be blacklisted and Lane Crawford reserves all its rights to take legal actions.
         9. Lane Crawford reserves its right to revise the terms and conditions of this Promotion as well as the Terms of Service, in either case, at any time without prior notice to or approval from any person.
         10. Should any dispute arise in connection with this Promotion, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford, shall be final.
         11. Other than related companies (including affiliates and subsidiaries and companies held in common control) of Lane Crawford, a person who is not a contracting party to this purchase has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this purchase.
         12. This Promotion and these terms & conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR for settlement.
