COMME DES GARCONS - Boundary Pushing Staples

Fashion designer Rei Kawakubo founded Comme des Garcons in 1969, and in the year 1978 he launched his first ever men’s collection. Inspired by Francoise Hardy’s 1962 track “Tous les garcons et les filles”, the brand translates as “like boys”. This summer, Lane Crawford will feature its men’s footwear collection, including the most-coveted CDG and New Balance. collaboration sneakers, platform sandals made for every day, and simple yet versatile leather sneakers – just all you need for your sneaker wardrobe.

GIA STUDIOS – Derived from Vietnam’s modern minimalism

Vietnamese designer Lam Gia Khang launched his own designer brand GIA STUDIOS in 2018. The word “gia” is derived from the Vietnamese meaning of “home”.
