Tilbury is debuting her eponymous beauty brand in Asia and exclusively at Lane Crawford. Her inclusive approach is compelling. “I want to create an interactive space where mothers, sisters, daughters, friends will want to shop, age 18 to 80,” says the London dwelling Tilbury who launched her brand in 2013.
“I saw this blank space for makeup that was easy to use, easy to choose and easy to gift, but also confidence-boosting and designed for modern women. The daunting experience of shopping for and wearing makeup needed to be decodified,” says Tilbury. She specially modified her signature 10 looks originally created for stars including Golden Goddess for Jennifer Aniston and Rock Chick for Kate Moss, to cater for Asian customers’ skin tone. “I also combine the latest tech with the finest scientific ingredients to deliver the look of high definition filtered skin in real life.”
“Whether concealing imperfections, re-emitting light to more flattering angles of the face or sculpting celebrity limbs without going to the gym. Life informs my ideas,” says Tilbury.
