1. The promotion period is valid from September 15 to October 2, 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. Eligible Cardmembers (as defined in clause 3 of these Terms and Conditions) are required to make a net purchase of HK$6,000 or above in a single transaction with the Eligible Card at selected physical store of Lane Crawford (Lane Crawford ifc mall / Lane Crawford Canton Road / Lane Crawford Times Square / Lane Crawford Pacific Place home store) (“Eligible Transaction”) to get one (1) HK$800 Lane Crawford Gift Card (“Offer”).
3. Members must settle the full payment with Centurion® Card issued by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) in Hong Kong (“Eligible Card”, and such holder “Eligible Cardmember”) to enjoy the Offer.
4. Each Eligible Cardmember is entitled to redeem a HK$800 Lane Crawford Gift Card during the Promotion Period upon fulfillment of the designated spending requirement. During Promotion Period, each Eligible Cardmember is entitled to receive the Offer up to three times (i.e. three (3) HK$800 Lane Crawford Gift Cards). The gift card can be only used for the next purchase at any selected Lane Crawford store. 5. American Express and Lane Crawford possess the authority to document or duplicate the purchase particulars, such as the Card number, Cardmember’s name, merchant’s name, and transaction amount. The information gathered will solely be utilized for verification purposes in this Promotion and will be discarded once its intended use is accomplished.
6. The Gift Card is valid until September 30, 2024. If the total value of the purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance must be settled with Centurion Card, The Platinum Card or American Express Platinum Credit Card.
7. Once the Gift Card has been redeemed, all Eligible Transactions are considered non-refundable.
8. Offer is not applicable to the purchase of Lane Crawford Gift Cards.
9. Offer is not applicable to Lane Crawford e-Shop.
10. During the Promotion Period, Eligible Physical Card, original same-day Lane Crawford receipts and relevant Eligible Card transaction slips must be presented on the same transaction date to the Lane Crawford concierge to redeem the Offer.
11. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.
12. Lane Crawford is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfilment of the Offers in and/or services that are made available pursuant to the Offers. 13. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
