For the stylish twins behind Hong Kong-based food and beverage consultancy and creative firm, Twins Kitchen, a typical workday starts early and ends late.
“We usually wake up very early, at four or five a.m. We meditate and clear up some emails, then we hit the gym or go for a run,” says Caleb. “Then, after an espresso shot at Interval Coffee Bar, we start on a series of internal meetings, followed by another series of meetings, wine tastings, food tastings or staff training. Usually, we end up going out for dinner, either for a new restaurant tasting or hosting chefs visiting town. If there’s no dinner, we brainstorm new dishes or restaurant concepts.”
We asked the pair for some insight into how on earth they fit it all in — and look good while doing it.
